Daniel Greene

Managing Member of Nolan Advisory Services



Daniel Greene is the Managing Member of Nolan Advisory Services.  He has been successful operating and advising businesses in the exhibition and event industry for over two decades.  Expertise and experience includes acquisitions, operations and financial performance improvements, business realignment, work flow processes, valuation, capital structuring, turnaround management and post-merger integration.

In addition to achieving posts as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer in private industry, Dan was an advising member of Prairie Investment Group, an Illinois Investment Partnership specializing in equity investments. Mr. Greene was also a Board Member of, and advised, Southland Ventures Inc, an investment company specializing in the acquisition of small business ventures related to home improvement products and services until a suitable buyer was found for that entity, achieving the objectives of all parties involved.

Dan is an advocate for, and active participant in, The Center for Strategy, Execution and Valuation at DePaul University.  The Center provides an engagement platform for thought leaders, business leaders and the greater Chicagoland business community for co-creating and sharing leading practices in strategy and strategy execution.

He had the privilege of serving as President of the Midwest Chapter of the Exhibit Designers and Producers Association from 1999 to 2006.  In 2006, Dan was nominated, and elected, to serve on the International Board of Directors of the EDPA by his industry peers.  His service continues as Chairman of the EDPA's Economic Research Committee.

Daniel graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Finance, an MBA in Finance, and a Masters Degree in Accounting.
